2. Physical Books (Paperback/Hardcover)

We accept returns for physical books only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong book or edition, we will cover return shipping and send the correct copy.

No returns are accepted if the book has been read, marked, or used. Only items in their original condition and packaging are eligible.


3. Digital Books (eBook editions)

  • All eBook sales are final. Once downloaded or accessed, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If you experience technical issues (e.g., file not opening), please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist with a working copy.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
